Terms and Conditions

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after payment, we will contact you and refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where applicable. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if a price was obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch rather than ship at a loss or charge you more without asking.

Stock

Stock levels shown on product pages are live. In the rare event that two customers buy the last unit simultaneously, we will contact whoever we cannot fulfil immediately and offer a refund or an alternative.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business arising from a delayed delivery.
